I recently stayed at the Sheraton Salt Lake City, and I gotta say, it was mostly a pleasant experience! My room was nice and clean, and I loved the firm bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, really making my stay enjoyable. However, there were also some hiccups with the parking situation and a bit of noise from the surrounding area that could've been better. All in all, I plan to stay here again.

Rooms

My room was spacious and super clean, plus the bed felt great, more firm than what I'm used to. I also had a nice view from my room, which was a bonus.
Service

The staff were really friendly, especially Rocio at the front desk, who was beyond helpful. They made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of during my stay.
Location

The location was perfect for hitting the downtown attractions and eateries. It made it super easy for me to explore the area without needing a car most of the time.
Dining

I enjoyed the breakfast options, especially since I got some vouchers for free meals! The on-site restaurant offered a good selection, and it definitely started my day off right.
Facilities

The hotel had all the necessary facilities, including a well-equipped gym and free Wi-Fi. The housekeeping was also prompt and thorough, which I appreciated.

6.2/10

My experience at Sheraton Salt Lake City was excellent overall. The warm greeting from the staff, especially Kryzvel, and my club room upgrade made me feel special. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown, but I did notice some less appealing sights nearby, which slightly detracted from the experience. However, the comfort and cleanliness of the room more than made up for it. 🌟

Rooms

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite that had a spacious living area and luxurious bathrooms. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep.

The hotel is right in the heart of downtown, providing easy access to many attractions. While I appreciated the location, I did notice some less desirable views nearby.

7.2/10

My stay at the Sheraton Salt Lake City had its highs and lows. The location was excellent, being walkable to various restaurants and downtown attractions. However, I faced issues with my room's maintenance and overall vibe, which felt outdated. The staff were generally responsive, though I encountered some inconsistency in customer service during my visit.

Rooms
5.0
My room was clean, but it lacked the comfort I expected, with a small size for a king bed setup and some noticeable wear-and-tear. Additionally, the layout allowed for more noise from neighboring rooms, which was a drawback.
Service
6.0
While I found the staff pleasant and responsive most of the time, there were moments, especially upon check-in and check-out, where their friendliness seemed to drop significantly. It felt like they overlooked some details that could enhance the guest experience.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore downtown Salt Lake City, with nearby restaurants and access to public transport. Plus, the proximity to major roads was a bonus for exploring local attractions.
Dining
6.0
Having a Starbucks in the lobby was convenient and certainly a good aspect. However, the breakfast options left something to be desired; I expected more variety and quality for the price.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had a decent fitness center and a lovely lobby, but I noticed that the age of the facilities showed in places—the air conditioning in my room was particularly loud, which impacted my comfort.

I found the Sheraton Salt Lake City to be a wonderful place to stay, thanks to its really good staff and comfortable accommodations. The hotel's location is handy for exploring downtown attractions, although some areas outside felt a bit unsafe. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I appreciated the blend of classic service with modern amenities.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable atmosphere for my stay. I did notice that the room could have benefited from a variety of pillow firmness, though.
Service
10.0
The staff truly stood out during my visit. They were friendly and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed, especially during check-in. A special mention to David for his thoughtful service!
Location
6.0
The hotel is conveniently located near downtown attractions, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did feel a bit uneasy in certain parts nearby due to some visible issues like litter and panhandling, especially at night.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the variety of dining options on-site. The hotel bar had reasonably priced snacks and drinks, making it a nice spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast options were also satisfying, especially the omelet station.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and included a great fitness center. Also, the free shuttle service is a fantastic perk for guests needing transport to local attractions. However, I did find the hallways a bit gloomy on my trip.

7.0/10

I had mixed feelings about my stay at the Sheraton Salt Lake City. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the room felt outdated and lacked some crucial amenities. The breakfast experience was particularly disappointing, with poor service and limited options. On the plus side, the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the downtown area, and I appreciated the free parking.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious but showed signs of wear, particularly in the carpeting and furnishings. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
Service
5.0
The front desk staff were genuinely nice and welcoming, but the service during breakfast was quite subpar. I felt like I had to hunt for basic things like coffee and sugar.
Location
8.0
The hotel is ideally situated near downtown attractions and local restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area on foot. I appreciated being within walking distance of many spots.
Dining
5.0
While the breakfast had the potential to be great with custom omelets and fluffy pancakes, the actual service was lacking. The buffet had some issues with cleanliness and availability that really detracted from the meal.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had a pretty solid selection of facilities like a gym and Starbucks on-site, but some amenities such as the restaurant were closed, limiting dining options.
